TEAMING PRACTICE™ · FREE PILOT · SELF-GUIDED TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Level Up Your Team
in 30 Days.

THE CHALLENGE

Busy teams aren’t always improving teams.

Your team may be working hard while facing repeated handoff problems, missed commitments, unclear priorities, and meetings that report on work instead of making work better.

The shift: Move from a leader who must solve everything to a team that can align, follow through, learn, and improve together.

THE OUTCOME

Build a better way of working.

01

Shared direction

Connect daily action to meaningful priorities and team goals.

02

Clear accountability

Make owners, deadlines, decisions, and follow-through visible.

03

Better coordination

Raise obstacles earlier and solve issues with the people involved.

04

Deliberate practice

Turn handoffs, decisions, and meetings into opportunities to improve.

05

A repeatable rhythm

Make team development part of the meeting and work you already have.

06

Leadership stewardship

Strengthen team capability instead of increasing dependence on the leader.

THE 30-DAY JOURNEY

One practical mission each week.

WEEK 01Awareness

See your team’s starting point and identify what matters most.

WEEK 02Alignment

Agree on priorities, norms, ownership, and an improvement focus.

WEEK 03Implementation

Practice better teamwork during real work, using pre-games and post-games.

WEEK 04Analysis

Review progress, learn, and establish the team’s next operating rhythm.

The 30 days establish and test practical routines; they are not a promise that every team will become high-performing in one month.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Tools that make the program usable.

Teaming Playbook™ Lite

An Excel-based meeting workspace for goals, supporting tactics, Action Items, team norms, and reflections. Designed to work in Microsoft 365 without macros.

30-Day Teaming Quick Check

A short Day 1 and Day 30 developmental reflection with progress comparison.

Four weekly mission packs

Manager guidance, meeting facilitation, practical exercises, and leadership video scripts.

Guides and email support

Quick Start and User Guides plus an eight-email sequence to help managers maintain momentum.

BUILT FOR REAL MANAGERS

Improve the meeting. Don’t add another one.

Teaming Playbook™ is designed to replace a conventional status agenda with a more useful meeting: priorities, decisions, obstacles, team norms, reflection, and what to practice next.

Works with existing routines

Short preparation and exercises incorporated into everyday work. The weekly meeting structure can be adapted to your team’s current cadence.

Your information stays yours

The Excel Playbook can be stored in your organization’s approved Microsoft 365 environment. No operational data needs to be submitted to Teaming Practice.

WHO IT’S FOR

For leaders ready to build capability, not dependence.

Designed for managers, supervisors, department leaders, and cross-functional teams that want a simple system for teamwork and continuous improvement.

You don’t need a consultant. You need a practical starting point, a team willing to participate, and a regular opportunity to work on how you work.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to schedule extra meetings?

No. The intent is to use an existing recurring team meeting and normal operational situations as opportunities for practice.

Is this a live coaching program?

No. The core product is self-guided. Materials support independent use, with the Playbook serving as the team’s ongoing tool.

Does the Playbook require special software?

The Playbook is designed for current Microsoft 365 Excel, including collaborative use through OneDrive or SharePoint. Team-specific IT policies still apply.

What happens after 30 days?

Continue using the Playbook, choose the next improvement priority, and repeat the Teaming Practice Cycle.

Has the program been scientifically validated?

No. The Quick Check is a developmental reflection tool, and the complete 30-day program still requires pilot validation. It is not a certified measure of team performance.
